3. Purchases and Subscriptions

  • One-Time Purchases: You may make a single carbon offset purchase at any time.
  • Monthly Plans: We offer recurring subscription plans that automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
  • Payment: Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge you accordingly.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds upon request. If you're not satisfied or wish to cancel a transaction, please contact us at support@offsetmyflight.org. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.

5. Third-Party Projects

OffsetMyFlight partners with certified third-party organizations to execute carbon offset projects. While we carefully select and monitor these partners, we do not control their operations and are not responsible for their actions or project outcomes.

6. No Guarantee of Emissions Results

While our projects are verified and selected to meet recognized standards, carbon offsetting is a complex and evolving field. We do not guarantee specific environmental outcomes or emissions reductions from any individual purchase.

7. Account and Data

If you create an account with us:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including branding, text, graphics, and software, is the property of OffsetMyFlight or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
