Refund Policy

At OffsetMyFlight, we want you to feel good about your climate impact. If you’re not fully satisfied with your carbon offset purchase, we’re here to help.


💸 Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund for any of the following:

  • One-time offset purchases
  • Monthly subscription charges (latest payment only)

We accept refund requests within 14 days of the transaction date.


🔁 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@offsetmyflight.org with the following:

  • Your full name
  • The email used to make the purchase
  • Order or transaction details
  • Reason for your request (optional, but appreciated!)

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been issued.


📌 Important Notes

  • If you’re on a monthly plan, you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside the 14-day window or appear to be made in bad faith (e.g., repeated refund requests without use of the service).
