Refund Policy
At OffsetMyFlight, we want you to feel good about your climate impact. If you’re not fully satisfied with your carbon offset purchase, we’re here to help.
💸 Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund for any of the following:
- One-time offset purchases
- Monthly subscription charges (latest payment only)
We accept refund requests within 14 days of the transaction date.
🔁 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@offsetmyflight.org with the following:
- Your full name
- The email used to make the purchase
- Order or transaction details
- Reason for your request (optional, but appreciated!)
⏳ Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
📌 Important Notes
- If you’re on a monthly plan, you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside the 14-day window or appear to be made in bad faith (e.g., repeated refund requests without use of the service).
